Do you like Prosecco?
If you do, I've got something to tell you.
While in London recently, I had the pleasure of trying a beautiful prosecco.
Nino Franco is a winery located in the hilly heart of Valdobbiadene apellation, one of Italy's famous spumante (Italian sparkling wine) areas. Started in 1919, the winery has gone from strength to strength and now produces wines which have been talked about for years in outstanding wine magazines, newspapers and Italian and foreign guides.
Rustico is a classical example of prosecco - creamy, refreshing and balanced, it is the perfect sparkler to enjoy as an aperitif. It is also a perfect accompaniment to crispy fried seafood dishes such as calamari and shrimp.
I also think if you're looking for an impressive prosecco for a special occasion or for a gift, this is the perfect bottle.
Rustico is available to buy online from the James Nicholson website or in Dublin you can get it at 64 Wine in Glasthule. It's also available on location in Rathmullen House, Donegal, The Old Convent, Tipperary and The Oarsman in Carrick-On-Shannon.
Cheers!

I'll definitely take note of that. I love bubbles, but there are some really cheap & nasty proseccos on the market. Always good to get a recommendation.
